2019 sees Cayman Cookout reach it’s 11th year cementing Grand Cayman and The Ritz-Carlton as the foodie capital of the Caribbean. The creation of host Eric Ripert - co-owner of Le Bernardin in New York - the event held from January 16 - 21, 2019 will showcase an incredible roster of world renowned chefs and stars including Jose Andres, Andrew Zimmern, Emeril Lagasse, Yannick Alleno, Dominique Crenn, Amanda Cohen, Emma Bengtsson and Nancy Silverton.
In addition to the lineup of chefs, Cayman Cookout unites wine and spirit experts and foodie influencers in a world-class food and wine experience. Touted as an interactive festival, guests can enjoy cooking demonstrations, tastings, sit-down dinners, tours and more.
