Now an annual holiday tradition, join the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman for a ceremony to unveil the amazing holiday display created by their pastry team, led by Executive Pastry Chef, Melissa Logan.

From Santa’s Workshop to a life-sized Gingerbread House, each year features a Christmas scene made entirely with edible materials that include chocolate, fondant and gingerbread cookies. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and holiday cookies for the unveiling ceremony.
