This Saturday, 22 May from 8:30 to 11:30 am Bliss Cayman is offering a special immersion session with Liliana you won’t want to miss.

Work through Pratyahara (deep inward focus), Pranayama (breath awareness and techniques), Asana (long holds), and Bandhas (energetic holding in the body).

The immersion will conclude with Yoga Nidra and as a focused meditation to clarify a true and clear intention.

All levels are welcome.
