Set up The Beach email on iPhone/iPad
iPhone/iPad

Open Settings.
Tap Apps.
Tap Mail.
Tap Mail Accounts.
Tap Add Account.
Tap Other.
Tap Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, your email address, your password and a description, then tap Next:
Name: Your name
Email: [your name]@thebeach.com
Password: Your The Beach account password
Description: The Beach
Tap IMAP if it is not already selected.
Under Incoming Mail Server, enter the following:
Host Name: imap.mailbox.org
User Name: [your name]@thebeach.com
Password: Your The Beach account password
Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter the following:
Host Name: smtp.mailbox.org
User Name: [your name]@thebeach.com
Password: Your The Beach account password
Tap Next and wait while Mail verifies the account.
If advanced settings appear, check that the following are set:
IMAP port: 993
IMAP security: SSL
SMTP port: 587
SMTP security: STARTTLS
Authentication: Password
Make sure Mail is turned on.
Tap Save.
Open the Mail app, send a test email and check that new mail arrives.
If it does not connect
Check the email address is entered exactly as [your name]@thebeach.com, with no spaces before or after.
Check the username is [your name]@thebeach.com for both incoming and outgoing mail.
Check the password is your The Beach account password - the same one you use on the The Beach website.
Check the incoming server is imap.mailbox.org, port 993, security SSL.
Check the outgoing server is smtp.mailbox.org, port 587, security STARTTLS.
Close and reopen the Mail app, then test again.
